Cancellation Policy
Consultation Validity: Each online consultation is a one-time session. Refund Policy: All online consultation bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your consultation, please email us at info@northia.ca at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to forfeiture of the consultation. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation to a different date or time within a one-month validity period. Rescheduling can be done online or by emailing info@northia.ca. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your consultation, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in forfeiting the session without a refund. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will forfeit their consultation and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Technical Issues: If technical difficulties arise on our end, preventing us from holding the session, we will offer a complimentary rescheduling within the consultation’s validity period. In cases where clients experience technical issues, they are encouraged to reach out to us immediately. We will try to accommodate rescheduling depending on availability, though this is not guaranteed. Confirmation and Reminders: Clients will receive a confirmation email upon booking, along with a reminder 24 hours before the consultation.
